Unity in Edinboro...Learning to create a world that works for all
Unity in Edinboro sponsors a ministry of stuffed animals collected to distribute to children and adults who have experienced a loss or trauma. This outreach project not only provides the comfort of the stuffed toy, but also offers prayer support.
To date, our bears have been distributed worldwide including:
- Afghanistan and Iraq through the USO
- Erie Chapter of the American Red Cross
- Gifts for Kids
- Meadville Medical Center
- The Manor of Edinboro
- Rwanda through 12 Caring Habits for Kids
- The Netherlands
- Russia
- Costa Rica
- India
